SmallParkShuttle Posted June 29, 2010 Share #1 Posted June 29, 2010 Last month I went to the SIR to take some pics. When I got to St. George, the train I was on was taken out of service. On the other track of that platform there was an OOS train. I was taking pictures on the platform when I was approached by the T/O who was yelling and waving at me. He told me that I could not take pictures of the trains and that I had to get off the platform, which he said was not in service. I chose not to argue and comply, but for the next time I want to be sure. I know photography is permitted, but I'm not too sure about anything else. My question is: are there any official regulations or restrictions regarding the St. George Terminal station besides the obvious ones (stay off the tracks, non-public areas, construction areas, etc.)? BJC Posted July 3, 2010 Share #3 Posted July 3, 2010 The platform was "out of service"? How did you access it? They don't lock the doors at that station...I was curios about this issue, because people could end up on wrong platform waiting for the train...however there's sign that tell the people which platform to board the next train.
