  1. Your name is off the list completely even though, you never told them directly to restore your name on the list?
  2. You will think the amount of tickets they give out already,it'll cover the operation cost at the end of the day....it's a win-win situation for the TA
  3. I highly doubt B/O going to ask the kids where they're going, mind you,90% of the B/O let them on the bus without the student metro anyway.Only time B/O question them is when they dont have their student Metro card...
  4. Ok,but i dont mind having people transferring from the S78 to whatever bus they need to get to travel south of New Drop...Under your Proposal I and other riders have to take two buses just to reach Tottenville from New Drop(include the 78 ride)I wont mind having a bus travel between New Drop and Tottenville....
  5. You could send the 78 to Hugenot and the S77 to Tottenville and beyond....I can deal with that.Riders will make one transfer from one bus to another.
  6. How bad is the S78,reliability wise? So,with your service adjustment to the 78,I have to transfer at lease two buses just to travel between Tottenville and New Drop? You could at lease create a direct route that run between Bricktown Mall and New Drop.Passenger dont have time to transfer from bus to bus to bus along Hylan....Since you want to shorten the 78,why not have it run to Richmond AV? This my three proposal ideas for the 78 route: 1.S78 terminated at Richmond AV,riders will transfer to the S59 for service south along Hylan in which it'll be extended to Bricktown Mall . 2.S73 extended past Tottenville train STA to Richmond AV....so riders will have a direct transfer with the 78.(I rather do this proposal than the other two) 3.S72 could run between New Drop and Bricktown Mall, instead Hugunot.....S78 will terminated at New Drop IMO,I like the current 78 service,it does it job by covering all the areas in one shout. There's no need to change it at all.It might look good on paper, but in reality it wont work out.
  7. I heard from some people, the Q114 made the Q111 unreliable during the midday....I dont know how its like during the rush hour.
  8. Ill agree!MTA did the exact samething to BM-1,BM-2,BM-3,BM-4,BM-5 two years ago....They cut alot of runs on these routes. When they came into play, they adding runs and now they're taking away,it's crazy.
  9. I really dont have issues with the other LTD routes...it just the Q114 I have issues with, that's all....most of the bus stops are wayyy too close to each other.
  10. That what I meant...you dont have to get smart with me,alright?People make mistakes. Buses That Ive been seeing doing this be sitting at ETC for a good while,so they dont pull out late or DH to SI late,so they have time to start from Annadale road, since it's less then 10 min away from ETC....and I didnt say you deny the dispatchers, you're reading too much into my post.
  11. I didnt say it was ok for this driver to pull this stunt,it was just a observer I've made...anyway I doubt this driver gotten an write up for this since he was doing this all week in the front of the dispatcher. Couple times Ive been at ETC,sometime I see X17A start their run at that location and I know for a fact there isnt any selected trips start there, except for the X17J .All 17A suppose depart huguenot AV....so yea,it's the Dispatchers having a role in the decision making.
  12. I know that, that what we're discussion about...im not talking about buses having DH trip...where in my last post i talk about that?? There's was one driver at ETC,who was chilling in the dispatcher office till 9am,where he should've started his run at 8:50,so it could happen...come to find out this driver was late every day that week.
  13. Q114 have too many stops for a LTD route.imo
