penn/new york central pullman end car?

I saw a penn central ( think, all i could make out clearly was "central") pullman steam era end car at the path yard near newark. It totally took my breath away, i could not take a photo, as i was on a PATH train and one of the crew was standing right next to me. Also, the 3 MBTA cars are still there. Anyone know what's up with that end car though? It was beautiful!!!

Those MBTA cars should be on their way soon.

 

Didn't see a Pullman end car the other day when I rode the NEC. Probably just came in. I'll have to check it out.

Yea it wasn't there last thursday. It looked like it was connected to an amcan, its like one track over from the T cars. I'll look again this thursday. It may be on its way to an adirondack special excursion train.
