Why do some stations only list the neighborhood and not the street or avenue like most stations?

Ex.

Pelham Bay Park ==> Pelham Bay Park-Bruckner Blvd

Parkchester ==> Parkchester-Metropolitian Avenue/Hugh J. Grant Circle

Morris Park ==> Paulding Avenue

Woodlawn ==> Woodlawn Road

( Sheepshead Bay ==> Sheepshead Bay Road

( Brighton Beach ==> Brighton Beach-6th Street

As to why other stations like Sheepshead Bay, Morris Park, Cypress Hills, Botanic Garden, and Queensboro Plaza don't have street name identifiers, your answer is as good as mine.
