EE Broadway Local Posted January 31, 2011 Share #1 Posted January 31, 2011 In looking at NJ Transit Bus Schedules, I noticed that (NJT)'s #83 Hackensack schedule, effective January 8, 2011 now shows Sunday service on Summit Avenue. Sundays to Hackensack, the first #83 bus is 7:00am then there is a #83 every hour and a half until 10:00pm. Sundays to the Journal Square Transportation Center, the first #83 bus is 7:00am then there is a #83 every hour and a half until 10:00pm. (The same as on Saturdays). I remember the #83 as being a Monday through Saturday route and Sundays you had to walk either to the Boulevard or Central Avenue. (NJT) #83 Schedule: http://www.njtransit.com/pdf/bus/T0083.pdf Also the (NJT) #85 now offers Midday service on Congress Street. New Midday service runs hourly. From Secaucus at 10:00am, 11:00am, 12:00, 1:10pm, 2:10pm and 3:10pm and from Hoboken at 10:00am, 11:00am, 12:00, 1:10pm, 2:10pm and 3:10pm.
