Micstromme 20 Posted June 26, 2008 Share #1 Posted June 26, 2008 I go to school everyday Downtown Brooklyn and I take the to borough Hall to do so. One of the things that I am greeted with are these ridiculous looking signs: What I would like to know is why the B38 and B38 limited can't have their oen slots by itself? Is this just some of the results of the deficit in the MTA. Do Comment please.
Micstromme 20 Posted June 26, 2008 Author Share #2 Posted June 26, 2008 Note: If you see some more, do feel free to post them. I do see more in DB, but I have not picted them yet. I shall as soonas I can and then I will present them to you.
via White Plains Road 189 Posted June 26, 2008 Share #3 Posted June 26, 2008 I think DOT just got lazy and didn't feel like the B38 local and Limited deserve saparate signs.

SIR North Shore 1 Posted June 27, 2008 Share #5 Posted June 27, 2008 When the MTA added in the S89, they put the S44 and S94 into one sign along Richmond Avenue just like in the first shot.
UlmerPark B6 0 Posted June 27, 2008 Share #6 Posted June 27, 2008 No since the post is only limited up to six destination slots (yeah hard to believe the signs are slots), the B38 LTD made it more than six routes so they printed out a mixed B38/B38 LTD sign. that's what they do in flushing on on the express bus stops in Staten Island.
