I'm especially interested in knowing what EBT drivers make and if the drivers who came over from Inter County kept their current rate. I'm curious how the pay compares to NICE drivers... I don't know specifics but the 29 Ex CBS and 6 Ex ICMC drivers hired by Suffolk Bus Corp did not retain their seniority when the were hired by SBC. Which means a pay cut though like I said I don't know specifics. Though Suffolk Bus Corp has TWU 252 as a union, the same as NICE (so my guess that pay would be some what similar) Suffolk Bus Corp has some type of promotional thing where Drivers (not Ex CBS and ICMC drivers) start at their sister company (Suffolk Transportation Service) and then to Para Transit and then do Transit. I heard that when EBT first took over they had School Bus drivers doing at least two ex ICMC routes which lead to the drivers getting lost.
