w8Hou Posted January 4, 2014 Share #4 Posted January 4, 2014 You need a photo editing software that do 'animated gif' feature. Like Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro, GIMP. Look for online tutorials to see how it works. But you need to create a template first for the destination sign.
