peacemak3r Posted December 18, 2013 Share #1 Posted December 18, 2013 There was a multi-car accident on the Gowanus last night around 8:30 PM, I caught in the aftermath as the traffic jammed up all the way into Queens' LIE. From Facebook messages and text messages, it happens to be a 32 car pile-up around the 6th Avenue exit or the Belt Parkway merge. According to NY1,com eight were injured and were only minor injuries. Other sources said it was about 20 cars and 5 injuries. All in all, everyone who drives, stay safe out there! And please, if you don't have to drive, don't drive. (Also if you have no experience in this kind of weather, please drive as little as possible and gain some experience.)
