New York City Transit says more than 22,000 riders responded and gave the entire city bus system an average grade of C-minus. Customers gave overall C grades to the buses’ cleanliness and smoothness of ride, while bus operators got a C-plus for courtesy Riders say wait times for buses need the most improvement, and that they need to run more on schedule.
