Third track finally coming to LIRR Main Line between Hicksville and Floral Park

I rode the Main line today and some tracks were being laid between NHP and Merillon Av. I'm intrigued to see how LIRR is gonna pull this third track thing off

It shows which grade crossings will be eliminated through overpasses vs. underpasses and where the extra track will be on the north side of the ROW vs. the south side. I haven't looked at it in detail, but I'm sure it has plans for how they're going to add the third track at station locations as well.
