EphraimB Posted February 26, 2018 Share #1 Posted February 26, 2018 In December, I bought an Amtrak ticket on the mobile app. All of a sudden today, I pressed on details on my ticket in the app and a pop-up message appeared that my ticket is no longer valid. I called the Amtrak phone number, the lady recognized my voice from last time I called and she told me that my ticket is still active. She emailed me my e-ticket and I printed it. In the mobile app, I put in my reservation number and my email address and I got a pop-up saying: I typed my reservation number again with my phone number and the same exact pop-up happens. EphraimB Posted February 26, 2018 Author Share #3 Posted February 26, 2018 I did that twice already and the ticket appears for a second and says that the password is incorrect and takes me to the login screen. I log in and the ticket disappears again. I went to Penn Station today and they said to me that my ticket is still active. I have an e-ticket printed out.
