Introduction Of The MCI D45 CRT LE Demonstrator #23

Taken on 6/17/2018. A new demonstrator bus has been unveiled as part of MTA Fast Forward. The MCI D45 CRT LE Express Bus features amenities such as footrests, AC outlets, USB Charging Ports and WiFi. In addition, the Wheelchair Ramps onboard are much easier to operate than previous express buses. The center of the bus is a completely low floor area which has a full size door and space for two wheelchairs. The main passenger seating is located on the higher level of the bus. I arrived late at the scene. I was lucky to catch the bus leaving MTA HQ along Whitehall St. The bus tried to make the turn along Pearl St, but just continued along Whitehall Street in the opposite direction. Then lastly the bus turned along State St, on its merry way to Brooklyn. Please enjoy this newbie introduction presentation.
