Also most of their stations are low level platforms which can take longer for passengers to get on and off. I was on a train to philly once that sat for 15 minutes for a signal. Turns out we had freight going from a industrial siding onto the track next to us across the track we were on. We ended up being only 2 minutes late because we got the high ball from there.
