  1. I've seen them a handful of times over the past couple years. Interesting how the NABIs pop up on lines (551, 319) that the NOVAs and Flxibles never did (at least to my knowledge, I never saw one).
  2. Hey 553... what's the deal with only SOME buses now displaying their garage? Doesn't seem to make sense. Could get confusing to the public to see a Bridgeton bus all of a sudden read "Egg Harbor"
  3. That's certainly possible... Philly was hit hard with very strong thunderstorms. I watched them march across the Delaware River.. as they hit more "stable" air influenced by the ocean they lost their intensity.. I do not see a severe threat THIS afternoon due to loss of daytime heating with cloud cover.
  4. Wow a 6200 was on the 505? These things are literally popping up everywhere.. from what I remember, the 40 foot Novas VERY RARELY made appearances on the 01, 04 05
  5. Thanks for posting! I remember back in the day when the 30 foot buses werent a thing.. I miss those Flexibles
  6. @553 Thanks so much! It's a shame those destination signs are going on some of the MCI's... any plans on replacing? Also, just two more requests if you ever have time... 501 on an MCI and 40 foot NABI (was my home line growing up)
  7. Can you put any of the local 50x's on the MCI?
  8. at least 2 NABI's each on the 553 and 559 today... very interesting.. it brings back memories of seeing the Flx's run the full service routes back in the day.
  9. I'm gonna go against that rumor as NJT pulled all equipment (trains & buses) out of AC a day before the storm.. all buses were obviously kept at Egg Harbor Twp garage (about 10 miles from the coast)... train sets were kept in Hammonton (30 miles from the coast) All South Jersey equipment was unscathed.
  10. Add 6211 to the EHT NABI group... seen on the 508 @ the Hamilton Mall today.
  11. Looks like EHT is receiving the first of their 40 ft NABIs...6209 spotted on the 508 tonight
  12. Here's something I've wondered about since I was a kid... why not extend some 505 runs to Ocean City? For those of you unfamiliar with the South Jersey Shore, all the islands connect.. the terminus for the 505 is Longport, which is connected to OC via a bridge. It would add on about 10 minutes and open up an alternate route for Ventnor/Margate/LP passengers to get to AC/OC... It's gotta be rough for those who want to get to OC from Longport now.. it requires them taking the 505 to AC and transfering to the 507/509... I'd rather just walk!
