Wonder why they are extending the to Chambers St?

Some southbound trains terminate at Canal St. Some northbound trains are terminating at 57 St-7 Av. Some southbound trains terminate at Whitehall St-South Ferry. Allow additional travel time. This comes at the bad time when the is shutdown in Manhattan. Maybe they should had saved that when the is running normal. I'm assuming it could be a signal problem or mechanical problems. Why you do really want to know about this?

The rail condition at Atlantic Ave-Barclays is still ongoing. Maybe do a emergency GO with the shortturning at Bowling Green late night and extend the just for 1 night. So workers can fix the rails without interruption

Some southbound and trains are terminating at Brooklyn Bridge-City Hall. Allow additional travel time.

So far the new equipment at the tube is handling well with the and the . No service outage so far all weekend.

Due to mechanical problems with the South Channel Bridge, the following service changes are in effect: train service is suspended between Broad Channel and Far Rockaway-Mott Av. Rockaway Park service is also suspended between Broad Channel and Rockaway Park -Beach 116 St. As an alternative customer can take the Q52, Q53 and Q22 for servicec between Broad Channel and Far Rockaway-Mott Av. Allow additional travel time.

Maybe it due to Manhattan Bridge inspection. They haven't yet done it since the tunnel shut down

Due to signal problems at Queensboro Plaza, the following service changes are in effect: There is no train service between 74 St-Broadway and Times Square-42 St in both directions. There is no train service between 57 St-7 Av and Astoria-Ditmars Blvd on both directions. Allow additional travel time. Hopefully this will get resolved soon. Possibility sending shuttle buses if this lags on for hours. Usually when the signal problems at Queensboro either the 7 or the N would get shutdown but never both at the same time.

Suspended Posted: 08/16/2014 1:15PM There is a suspension of train service. There is no train service from 8 Av to Canarsie- Rockaway Pkwy in both directions due to a signal problem. Customers may use the M14 making corresponding stops from 1 Av to 8 Av. For service into Manhattan please use the , or train service. Allow additional travel time.

LIRR is cross-honoring fares at 34 St-Penn Station, 61 St-Woodside and Flushing-Main Street. Allow additional travel time. Still ongoing problems

A big mess on the Service Change Posted: 12/10/2013 5:30PM Due to signal problems between 33 St-Rawson and 61 St-Woodside: Both directions, no train service between 74 St-Broadway and Times Square-42 St. Customers are advised to take , , and trains making nearby station stops. Allow additional travel time. Hopefully they will fix it soon as possible. Bad timing for the PM rush. I bet the Q32/60/66 is packed. I'm wondering why they couldn't do a shuttle between Queensboro and Times Square?

The ran express in both directions between 42nd street to 125th street due to police investigation at 59th st. I was caught in that mess. After visiting Whitney museum went down to the 77th street station and the metrocard readers stated "no entry" and there were a line for the M101/M102/M103 buses. Bus was packed bypassed my stop. Had to walk all the way to Lex Ave/63rd street to catch the . It was a mess. I found out that there was a guy struck by the between 59th and 51st street on the news. Possible suicide attempt. He was transported to the hospital in critical condition. Gee thanks a lot to that guy it took me 1 1/2 hours to get home. He should had not done that. Instead he should had gone to an hospital for treatment not jumping on the tracks and get nearly killed.
