Comp is not considered bad time, talk to your GSS to see if they know if there was any other reason you were skipped. If they cant figure it out have them or your union call the CTO office. They give the final approval and would know y u were skipped.

That cant be true cuz I had Dr lines for some of my absences and still got skipped

I singled out Queens cuz thats what I was given as a queens divison dispatcher. Someone told me that Brooklyn gets $1 more an hour than queens, honestly I dont know if thats true or not but I dont want to give anyone wrong info but as u can see its really 6 years to top pay 🥺

Comp definitely counts as good time so you have no worries there. As for the cleaner position that I cant tell you but my personal opinion I think your title has to be b/o I dont see how they can promote someone from cleaner to disp.

They are still looking at sick time the only way u getting ur covid sick time over looked is if u actually had covid. Otherwise you got to meet the criteria 2out3 years no more than 3 instances or 7 days per year n they look back 3 yrs from the time they pull ur file
