I don't get all of the fuss regarding the 188s either, and regarding my question even if the personal in ENY or Pitkin are trained to service the trains the barns themselves aren't equipped to service the NTT's and I doubt the MTA is going to overhaul the barns just for a three month swap

Looks like this summer is going to be a foamers paradise, r160s on the r32s on the r188s on the lol, but wouldn't the r160s have to travel back and forth from ENY to pitkin for them to be maintained?

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think 207 can't maintain r160a-1s which are the 8 car trains.
