Heard like 3-4 Vs on the B38 when I was in LG at my friend's house & saw 2 Vs with yukon stickers still on both on the B60 when I took it today. (BTW that was my first time on the B60 and I hope I never have to take that bus again the service totally sucks.) Looks like GA still getting more. And to be clear they're replacing the NGs not the RTSs right ?

I can take a guess & say most fanners are scared of those routes because of the areas they go through .

Has anybody ever busfanned routes like the B38 , B26 , B52 , B25 , B48 , B44 ect ? Because I hardly see pics of those routes . Just wondering .

Well I think the R160s should stay on the . I mean if they needed temp. trains for the , why didn't they use R46s like last summer. That way when the went back to 32s no one would complain. But if you're gonna put something like an R160 , A new tech on the then put the 32s back , people might feel a certain type of way & the might have another version of what happened to the on their hands. But the might as well keep the 160s & the keep the 32s until the 179s come. This is just my opinon.

I feel like Fresh Pond should have XD40s instead of Next Gens. They're better buses & it'll give fresh pond a better image and kill it's rep for always having "Old & beat up buses". But that would mean giving them XD40s from another depot since they stopped making them. That's how they got their Next Gens , so idk guess they gotta wait until another new bus comes out. Regardless Fresh Pond should get the next model of buses because they ain't get nothing new since 2005.

Right! I remember one time I was getting off the at court sq and I heard a R160 stop so I was rushed in the train thinking it was the but it was actually the and the doors closed right in my face when I tred to get off. Then these school kids was laughing at me lol

I thought of that idea because I live by the E so taking those R160s after a while is boring. there good cars don't get me wrong I love how the T/Os on the drive them so fast & the sound they make rushing into my home station. But T/Os always go OD fast with their trains I guess that's why everybody loved R32s on that line & why I think of it as the flip side of the sometimes. Anyway I miss seeing route bullets on trains now and I feel like showing the bullet would make the train more efficent so yeah lol plus I kinda wanna see some R46s back on the but the only queens blvd exp that can run old train without complaints is the so yeah lol

This is my idea of the R179 lol. I'm aware that it won't actually be designed like this but think of these as silly pointers that I feel it should look like. Like access to siri on the T/O control panel. I know no in hell is that happening unless the MTA gives apple some $$ on the side. Also more detailed time display showing the date and tempature as well as the time , destination & next stop. More detailed side LED destination signs to save some letter puching in the codes like how they came up more details on the side LED when the 2007 Orion VIIs came out. And last but not least , bring the orignail bullets back with a LED touchscreen route bullet that can accessed in the T/O A cabs. Unlike the route bullets on the R42 , R46 , R68 , ect they can tap the area once and it'll pull up a screen of routes they can set a bullet for. Plus they can do a quick double tap to make it say "Not in service" or "Special" or to just turn off the route bullet completely. This feature makes the train more attractive & it's eaiser seeing what train it is before it completely pulls into the station. Unlike the Red LED route display on all the new techs so far which are boring because the color is red for all the routes and it's hard to tell what train it is before it pulls in. but once again this a amateur design I do not expect this to happen just tell me what you think.
