1st part of the appointment is the pre employment screening. 10 years employment history listed with no gaps. Birth certificate, social security card, drivers history and after that urine test. Then they give you a packet to fill out at home and bring in the second time around, which includes bringing license, social and birthday certificate and the medical test is performed. I go on Wed for the latter. If you pass medical you go to training, which for me is Nov 14 if all goes well. sent from my note4

The packet given out states all employments from after HS. No gaps and must include unemployment. Went down to the social security office to get my employment abstract with years but actual dates aren't indicated. 115 bucks check or money order also they said take credit cards. I have my history from when I was 16 until present. sent from my note4

Currently I'm in the process of filling out the paperwork packet they sent out with the letter. I have a very silly question, the letter states Business Casual, so guessing no jeans? Lol have to look for my slacks that haven't worn in years. I have everything in order and planning on getting there bright and early, time for bed. Also the letter states to expect be there for an extended period of time, and medical testing might happen. Also do I need a letter from my Doctor saying the prescription I am taking or do I present the bottle? Thanks. SO excited!

BTW I spoke to the representative at the dmv you may not renew a clp. Every 6 months you must show up with birth certificate and dot medical and do the test all over. What you can do is downgrade before it expires to a clp Class C sent from my note4

How fast hypothetically speaking if I go in Nov 3, would they call for training? Assuming clear medical etc. I would like to get my cdl ahead of the training, don't want to end up losing a position if I don't pass the road test. I know negativity for the future but I want the smoothest transition. Assuming I go to driving school and the earliest road test schedule sent from my note4

Yep. Well I can only do w 31 since that is close to me. And the other ones would be closed by the time I get out. I should be okay tomorrow and bring my birth certificate with the new rules sent from my note4

Well good and bad news. I went down on my break to the dmv. Passed the general knowledge airbrakes but failed the passanger. Lol didn't study but I have 2 more chances Tues and Wednesday to get my pass endorsement and get my clp sent from my note4

So either way I am going down on Nov 3 to put myself on hold? Since I Don't have my clp., and don't have time to go and do the written test. This really is upsetting, and don't want to delay this any futher. I would have like to come into this with my cdl b ready to go sent from my note4
