The test is a civil promotion test. So it has nothing to do with getting approval from gs. I spoke to a superintendent and it goes by your score, then a list number is generated. From there you must have 3 years on the job with a good record. Then you get called in and placed on probation for 1 year and training.

While yes and no. If you go too fast through those pillars and hit it will be your job. The supt will still have a job. But the ones that was on top of me saying drive the bus, I felt more comfortable with, not being too scared and cautious when I was going too slow. When your on the streets and you're alone ZEREGA and MTA will pull every camera and the black box to see what was happening, how fast etc you was operating the bus. As long as you follow protocol you will be okay.

You are allowed 30 minutes if you blow your swing with the new contract.

Whatever you do on the road test SECURE THE BUS AND GET OUT THE SEAT AND CHECK OUTSIDE THE BUS REAR BEFORE YOU DO STRAIGHT BACKING AND PARALLEL PARKING If you don't it's automatically failure. Also make sure you know your pretrip sent from my note4

You just drive the way Zerega classroom taught and you will pass the roadtest. People over complicate things and that's how they fail. Example parallel parking, if you touch the curb your done, too far from the curb and it's 5 pts. Lmao. Driving slow 15 mph and calling out school, road hazards, bikes and yielding to pedestrian crossing. Calling out over passes and road signage is part of being aware of your surroundings. I must admit failing the 1st time around because I over thought it and made silly mistakes. The second time I was more relaxed and just took it my time, I drove the bus the bus didn't drive me. sent from my note4

Day 8 and 9 just drive! Call out everything and keep your 4 ft distance and watch your pivot point. I had over complicated the whole driving experience. Do what they tell you and RELAX!. He is fair and will tell you how it is. Listen to him he will help you. I had him for driving time before my roadtest. His parallel parking is on point. sent from my note4 Be slow on your turns 2-3 mph, "walking it in" don't give it gas, let the retarder do the work. A lot of people don't know how the retarder works and it helps you slow down with little brake. Just feather the service brakes and you will be amazed by how you adapt to the system. sent from my note4

Aside from having to pay upfront for the cost of aquiring the lic with school fee etc, we'll worth it. My case all I paid was for the roadtest fees and license fee sent from my note4
