When did the R188's derail?

So with the return, I would imagine there will be more R68/(A) on the (N)/(Q) or is the W not fully R160?

Probably answered before, but as there are still R143's on the J, why don't they give them back to the L and then some of the L's R160s to the J? Doesn't make sense to have four fleets on one line surely?

Have the power issues in the rockaways been resolved or does the R179 have different power voltage requirements to an R160?

It does amaze me that Bombardier performs so differently in two different parts of the world. In the UK they didn't seem to have many issues with the 2009 stock or the S Stock recently built for London Underground

Still don't understand the LED side sign on the 7, it doesn't look right just slapped over. Plus the sign says Express or Local, and then the front end.. See this on YouTube, is this another set with them?

Would have thought R179 and R211 would be FIND?

I think there must be a way for the R143 list to not include CBTC failure as that's probably why the MDBF is so low compared to the other NTT's. R142A's is probably down to maintenance... Does the R188 list include the conversions?

Don't get why they have such a track record with delays, as the London Underground order for the new S Stock was built by Bombardier on time I think..

Do trains always crawl between Grand Av and Forest Hills 71st? Last night was on the headed towards Kew Gardens and it slowed down at Grand Av then literally crawled to 71st. I had left 42nd St, on an which came in about 2-3 minutes after one had left. During the crawl the train announced we were slow/held due to train traffic.. And then at 71st it skipped 75th... Something must have happened last night I think unless its usual for it to crawl?

I think there's a different or a 2nd set on the J (8163 rather than 8153) unless I'm mistaken from the videos I've seen on YouTube?
