Why would they charge $1 buck for a transfer? Mta & nice gives you paper transfers for FREE. I wouldn't mind a fare hike if we the riders got something in return, such as clean buses free of garbage on the floor, & buses that smell good not like urine. Why pay more for the SAME service? I watched those videos from 2012, those buses used to be packed now N20s are hardly packed anymore, it seems like the ridership is getting lower, I might stop taking nice bus soon, I might just take Q12 to little neck & walk the few blocks over to great neck to visit family, I am a u happy nice bus rider, to be honest the ride isn't worth the sky high $2.75 I am paying now, I can get better & more luxury service elsewhere.

Whatever happens just do not raise the fare, the riders can not afford it.

Nice gets funding from Nassau & NY state, if nice bus feels it is not enough then they should ask for more money or start making cuts, but do not cut bus service or maintence, I am sure nice over spends on certain things & if they over spend on a item that isn't necessary than that should be cut.

25 mph is a safe speed limit, you also need one green light & then one red light to keep traffic in check otherwise if you have all green lights vehicles will do more than 25 mph.

Does nice ever send out it's managers to ask passengers to complete a survey of the service ?

Long Island bus riders union took that dangerous walk across busy hwy by nice bus headquarters to show nice bus how dangerous it is to get to a near by bus stop, Long Island bus riders union is trying to help it's riders by keeping fares low. If everybody went to nice bus meeting to tell nice fare are too high maybe nice wouldn't raise fare, if you need money for Maintence sometimes you have to go Into ur own pocket not the riders. When I am hungry I go into my pocket to buy my lunch I don't have my hand out.

Why doesn't nice send out another bus when a bus breaks down? It's not fare to have the passengers wait for the next bus which could be one hour. Why does nice bus drivers & dispatchers want mta back? What is the difference between a private company & the mta? Thank u

What is NICE BUS plans for bikes on there buses? Mta has a plan they are doing it on Staten Island a one year program.

I meant to say famous is in the back of the bus, the back seats make them open up like the front wheelchair seats & let passenger attach there own bikes, problem solved, & it would cost way less than the $42,000 mta spent. Nice should really think about bike rakes, because I see many people on bike, & maybe bike passenger would like bus service in the winter or in ice & snow.

Nice & mta should allow bikes on buses, maybe you can lift seat & tie down bike just like bus driver straps down wheelchair.

I am strongly in favor of the bike rakes on the buses front, next stop would be to have the bike rakes return to the Q44 bus like they had up to year 2001 I believe. Also I think they are making mistake putting rakes on S93 & S53, it should be on S79 SBS.

When will NICE BUS install bus rakes on the buses? It's already happening on Staten Island.

Nice bus should do what smart does in Detroit, put real time cameras on each bus with somebody watching it, & if they notice a fare beater call a cop & have the cop pull the bus over & give the fare beater a $100 fine. Fare beating on nice bus is getting worse, people walk on like they own the bus, if driver says something they say to driver "what" or I don't have any money or Can I get a ride? I'm wondering do these fare beaters also fare beat on the cabs? Do they take a ride from the cab driver & say I have no money or can I have a free ride? If they do it on the bus I'm Sure they fare beat in the cab as we'll.

If anybody watched that news12 video of the Long Island bus riders union members walking past nice bus headquarters you will see a sign that says "mta employees entrance" this sign should be replaced with "nice bus headquarters"

I watched the video, the driver made a quick exit from the driver window. Now I understand why bus drivers do not ask passengers to pay, shouldn't all passengers know they have to pay? It's like going to the deli & asking the cashier is this candy free

Q12 line should just go along northern blvd to Main Street turn left & then then right onto Roosevelt ave, it would be faster. Have Q13 service Sandford & bell blvd.
