Not sure how many but I think it might be a overall score, from the first part and then the second part.

You’ll know right then an there if you passed the OPA. They also send you a letter in the mail. The OPA is one of those things where you KNOW if you passed or failed.
if you’re unsure if you passed or fail, I’d keep an eye out for a letter in the mail.
Actually just did mine today and they said 3 to 6 months wait time to know if you pass or fail.

Honestly I would take transit cleaner position in a heartbeat because I see a lot of potential in working for mta. I'll see the end of the month what list number they sent out. And also I'm going next week for the OPA assessment for conductor

not enough for house and car even with 31. i just reapply for conductor, wondering is t/o exam going to open, i heard they dec this year.
31 dollars after 6 years it's like 65k a year. it's pretty good to me considering how much I am currently working I'll have to work a lot of overtime to see that kind of money. That's your base salary now if you do overtime you can def make more than that. Also I think depending on if your nights you get extra and with union contracts and so forth. And also promotion test you can take.

Think of it as this once your in mta as a transit cleaner they are many opportunities that will open and a lot of promotion you could do. It's not the end of road

I’m 60xx just got sworn in yesterday to start 9/12. See if you got an email from an actual employees name and not like the original email received to report I almost missed it because it came in like Friday late in the night.
That's great to hear, my list is 77## so some hope, also going in next week for OPA assessment.

What's going my friend so I think mta is canvassing people who took the conductor test but whose list number is above 10k and giving them a conditional offer for transit cleaners.. Also I had email mta as well concerning the same situation and they said the same thing thing because my list for conductor is 77## and was wondering why I didn't get that offer but they said that my list number stands a good chance in getting into conductor and a week later I got a call and a email to come in for the OPA assessment test. Which I am hoping I do well and then it's another waiting process for the medical

Also I applied for transit cleaner as well and it did say we all have to wait till the end of September to receive a random list number. Which I am hoping it's not a high number but will see and I am not sure how they would establish a list number if they will go by when you applied or your by social security number, not entirely sure but staying positive

Good luck I'm going on next week for a OPA assessment it states on the notice if I passed I get seen right away for medical but some on the forum mention they had to wait a few months to receive the letter if they pass or fail. So not sure, ill see when I get there
