Gun Hill and Kingsbridge have both received more LFS HEVs than their allotment calls for. It seems like this may negatively affect Manhattanville as a result.
We have to wait and see for this. If Gun Hill and Kingsbridge has Manhattanville's assigned LFS HEVs, and that they are waiting for their assigned units (9640-9664 and 9891-9910 respectively), then it will take a while for the MV assigned units to return back. This has to do with the accelerated progress of retiring, or transferring the NGs to MTA Bus. Otherwise, it may change later on.

Just to note that it was last week that I attempted to ride on one of the 2018 or 2021 XDE40s with the Allison hybrid system. However, they seemed to be quite difficult to catch in my opinion. This was at Queens Plaza South where the B62 stop was at. However, Grand would mostly use the NGs and XD40s respectively on this route. I'm still going to try to find and ride one of the Allison XDE40s someday, because I heard that they are fun to catch.

The sticker stuff is getting goofy. 6193 has a WF sticker now.
Also, some of the 75xx buses still have the original covid P/R code reading FARE REQUIRED. Sort of a throwback. Wonder if any buses have the even older ESSENTIAL WORKERS - MASKS REQUIRED readout.
I didn't expect them to keep the covid P/R code on the 75xx's.
I also figured that the sticker situation is rather a joke. Another unit that had this gag is 5869. That unit has a WF sticker as well. I don't know how many buses have the wrong stickers on them, but so far with 6193, that makes it 4 buses I counted that had different stickers, then the depot it is assigned to.

I believe that's a paper sticky, covering the Quill logo with the man.
Interesting. Because before retirement, 6700 had the Hudson Pier sticker.

For some weird reason, 9612 has a Westside depot sticker on it.

Note that 6212 is probably the only unit in the 2018-19 order (6126-6233), to have 4ONE Gemini seating. The 2019-20 order (6234-6286) has American Seating Insight seating, which would become the current seat model for the MTA.

Probably just the one bus. #1073 has the same seats as 6212 and the rest of the XN60 fleet has the regular old seating.
Interesting. Because I viewed 1073's interior, and the seats are similar. The only difference being that it has American Seating Insight seating.

For the 2018-19 XD60 order, 6212 has 4ONE Gemini seats. Does the rest of the order have these seats, or just one bus?

Looks like the NGs at Quill are about to be gone soon.

Current Prevost order placed on hold due to large amounts of legroom complaints.
The only solution would be to remove seats and adjust the legroom across the bus. I don't know why @Via Garibaldi 8 would propose two rows. That's 8 seats, which would drop the count from 57 to 49. Removing the first row would add an additional 26in of space which can be evenly distributed amongst the 13 rows for an additional 2 inches without sacrificing too much of a loss of seats.
I agree with the proposal of removing the first row. I've been on CP's Prevosts, and in the back, it felt a bit cramped.

1532 delivered to Baisley Park yesterday
That could mean that 1527-1534 will go to BP, and 1535-1556 will go to LGA.

It was never a transfer. The same situation that happened at Quill also happens at WF. Someone messed with the sticker. They’ll replace it eventually.
Same thing with 5869 at TU. The bus had a West Farms sticker on it.

Dam, I was rooting for Proterra to win the order since they have the best battery range out of all of them.
Agreed, especially the motor system. I've been on 0017 once in October, and it sounded beautiful.
