**I would recommend to check these websites on a regular basis for any updates, which anyone can do 24/7/365, except when they down for maintenance once a month on a Saturday evening for a couple of hours.**

Oh wow! I never received an email today. I wonder what that means for the list???

Hey. I emailed LMACustomerService@dcas.nyc.gov. explained to them the situation. It took a few emails but it finally happened. If you're currently in NYC I'd go down to 180 Livingston ( I think that's the street).

Hey @SevenEleven what list number is Exam #9618 up to now? I was list 340 and had to have my name restored being that I'm in Los Angeles at the moment. I forgot how to look it up, I'll finally be back in NYC late next Month! @AprilCakes Did you start yet?

Good luck with that. I've sent multiple emails trying to get confirmation my list number was restored cause i also couldn't make it to pre employment. I've been emailing and emailing since late March and nothing back! smh

Hey did anybody else have their name restored to the list? I got an email on 3/16 that it was being processed and that i would receive an email once process of restoring my Name is complete. We'll i never received said email and ofcourse the emails I've sent since are not being replied too smh. I'm still in Los Angeles till middle-End of July! Also Congratulations to the ones who have gone on to pass their training! I can't to be next.

Yes it's absolutely sunny and beautiful on the West Coast BUT i can not pass up this opportunity. Can't wait to get back to NYC in July/August. 😏👌🏾

So @SevenEleven My name will be restored to the list from exam 9618. Do have any knowledge or know of anyone who had their name restored when they were called a 2nd time? Was it in a few months? Longer? I was planning to move back in August but i can definitely move it up to the beginning of June. Thanx for the help and feedback!

Thanx to you April i was able to finally get ahold of the correct email to put my name back on the list. I got a reply email stating my name will be put back on the list in 1 day to 2 weeks. So now i can breath alittle, cause my appointment was this past Monday and i still hadn't heard anything and i had giving up was like " i guess its California permanently 4 me" lol. I have 2 more times to get my name restored, hopefully i don't get called again b4 the middle of July. Thank You again @AprilCakes and congratulations

Thank You so much! I called and was put in contact with HR and basically i was told there is nothing that can be done in regards to rescheduling because July/August is a ways away still. So I was told that when i do get to NYC just call to get my name put back on the list. But as for my 3/14 appointment, it'll be marked as "Failure to appear".  I'm gonna try my best to make plans to come in May. She said their calling from the list fast 😬.  So i don't wanna wait till late Summer and miss out. Thank You again @AprilCakes!!!

Hey @SevenEleven what are some numbers i can call to speak to someone. I have my pre employment appointment on the 14th and I'm currently in Los Angeles till July/August and I've been emailing daily since the 3rd of this month to have my list number moved back, but I've heard nothing back. Smh

Lucky! I'm way in California till July/August and i can't get anyone on the phone and I've sent multiple emails since the start of last week when i 1st got the pre employment date email.... My appointment is next week and nobody has reached back out to me to reschedule for a later date or just put my name on hold. I heard you can do it up to 3 times.

Does anybody have knowledge of anyone or personal experience with getting your name/appointment date pushed back?? I know you can do it 3 times, I'm in California till late July and i was sent an email to come to 180 on the 14th. I've sent multiple emails to the email that was provided with the appointment announcement. Haven't heard anything back yet. I'm list 3xx. Would my name/number be called again b4 July/August?

Ummm you can't do that... this isn't like some regular job. You have to have a NYC license. Mine is still California (I'm not moving back till July/August). I would have to switch everything over to NYC before the 3/14 pre employment and That's not possible. I'm still driving in California.

I was in a Maggie's Paratransit vehicle. They fired me for it cause i was on probation.

No. I meant on the application... they want you to list all your terminations from previous jobs you've had. I didn't pass my probation with Maggie's Transit for a red light violation in December2019. That's the only job I've been let go from and my 15 year driving record is clean otherwise. Just kinda nervous cause I'll be moving back from California and don't wanna get disqualified for what happened at Maggie's Paratransit. That would be such a waste, movingif that happened!

Also How did everyone handle the "termination" part of the application?? I didn't pass my probation with Maggie's Paratransit in December 2019. Kinda worried about that....
