Does anyone one have any knowledge on when your name could be called a 2nd time after pushing it back?? I was supposed to go to 180 on 3/14 for pre employment but I'm in Los Angeles till July 2022 unfortunately. I know you can push your name back 3 times right? Thank you all. I'm list 3××

Yes! I got the email on 3/01/22 to come down to Brooklyn on 3/14. Unfortunately 3 years is a long time and life still happens, so I'm currently in Los Angeles till September. So i had to push my name back 😟😔 hopefully my named doesn't get called again till then. I think you can push your name back 3 times. I'm list 3×× by the way.

Thank you buddy and YIKES! I hope not... if it's true that they crank out 85-100 a class and every class is a 4-6 weeks in-between, i don't think my 1st call will be till till lateMarch/April. Even with a 3xx list number.

@SevenEleven question 🤔.... How does it work when you have to push your list number back when you're called? I heard you can push it back 3 times.... it's been 3 years since i took 9618 exam and I'm sure NYC Transit knows that life continues on, I'm currently in California and won't probably be back in NYC until the summer time. But i think i'm gonna get called March/April. When i turn it down, when will i get called the 2nd time? Or do i just "reach out to them" once I'm finally back in NYC? How does that work? Wow that was such D move. Looks like the right decision was made to give him the boot. Whatever was going on with him and the other Mods had nothing to do with the THOUSANDS of us other drivers waiting to start our 10 day training, who now won't have that "extra help" that the YT video's provided 😒

Wth?! Training pay was still $25.49!? Damn lol usually Training pay is less until you've completed, then you get the regular pay. Man that's nice lol 👌🏾 Yea i have my CDL (11 years). I'm currently in California. I Was waiting for the right time to move back, then i got the email saying that exam 9618 will start being called the end of February. I'm list 3×× so I'm leaving California the beginning of March and change my license over.

That's what's up Man! Congratulations. I hope to be in the same boat in a few months. What was the pay rate during training? Did you guys get paid every week or every other week? And from 10/27 to 11/21 start date... that was fairly quickly! Man i can't wait 😁

I'm 3xx so i wonder if I'll be closer to April then February 🤔 it said check emails end of February thru April.

It's the same Email that said "The end of October" and nothing happened 🙄

Right! Don't think about this exam getting called until well into next year.

I'm gonna be terrified when it's time to do the MCI training 😔 especially having to go though the tunnels with it.

If you was past Probation, how did they let you go so easily without the Union fighting for you? I would think 2 failed check rides after probation would just mean a Write up.

So I sent them 2 emails at two different email accounts asking them if they can narrow down when 3××s would be called so I'll know when better when ishould move back to NYC. Both times all they say is "they'll start recanvassing in November" smh.

Hi, We expect to recanvass candidates from this list in October/November, which should provide you with enough time to consider the opportunity and obtain the necessary license/permit. If you have the requirements, please wait as we are calling candidates shortly. You can also contact 347-643-8219 or email employmentcenteremd@nyct.com to set up an appointment for pre-employment processing. As long as you have a drivers license valid in NYS (California would be valid), you are good to go. So it's official! I'm good to go.... I just need to find out when my list number 3** can expect to be contacted, so i can zero in on when i should move back to NYC.
