You can't terminate trains at Franklin Ave. You can't switch trains from the 6 Ave express tracks to 8 Ave express tracks at W 4 St. You can't terminate trains at 42 St. You can terminate trains at neither Queens Plaza nor 7 Ave. I would suggest you look at this track map in the future.

Hmm, I didn't consider that. It might be OK to close Rector St ( and ).
