I rode on three express buses today, X17J, X1 and BM4.. yea I'm about that life lol. Anyways I seen two express buses that died out there today, a YUK MCI on the northbound NJ Turnpike (Yes, A MTA MCI broke down in New Jersey... LMAO!) and 2230 broke down on Courtilyou Rd.
The X1 I rode on was just freshly cleaned by YUK when I got on it, floors still wet, smelling fresh and water was dripping on the outside of the bus, it was equivalent of a blonde white woman getting out of the Ocean at the beach!

I got 915 on my ride home on the B8 today, the lights and the HAVC vents are different than the other C40LF. It seems to have LED type lights and the HAVC vents are grey-ish, looks awesome man.:cool:

I hate having women train operators. They're so cautious and tend to brake earlier than men train operators. You don't get a good amount of speed from 18 Av to Av I (maybe twenty-five to thirty mph), what are you doing breaking thirty feet before the station?
One of the greatest "performances" I had on the ( line back when the line had R40 Slants was with a female T/O. She was barreling down on that 10 car marker yet she stopped that thing on a dime, I remember when we came into West 4th Street, this dude kinda had a worried/WTF look on his face and he quickly glanced at the 10 car marker, but guess what? It did not overshoot, she moved that train like bat outta hell on that 6th Ave Express.

smh...
3 mcdonald av bound B35's back to back to back @ 42nd/church @ 12:17 am......
what is wrong w/ this picture....
Wasn't there a shooting along the B35 route last night? The way it looked on the news, the cops closed off the street. Could have caused a detour and FUBAR'd B35 service.

3966,3970,3971,3981 Cast to Fresh Pond Saturday 4/2
I seen 3966 parked in front of Fresh Pond about a hour ago, weird seeing a CAS bus in that area (It still has CAS stickers on it) I told myself I wasn't gonna foam about this but when I first saw it, I did.
Gonna miss those 1996 RTSs, that's one thing I liked about FP, lots and lots of RTSs with a OG here and there to keep it from being stale, oh well, it was fun while it lasted.

Today while I was waiting for the X28B I saw a deadheading YUK MCI with graffiti on the windows, a effin express bus has vandalized windows?!?!
Another L for SI, that borough is like the Ohio of NYC lol.

whoa... that sucks... I wonder what happened to it? I mean it was a 9600, those buses shouldn't have any problems unless it wasn't maintained properly or it got into some sort of accident.
Shouldn't have any problems? These 9600s are 13 years old, I wouldn't be surprised if 9666 was @ ECH.

One of the chillest songs I heard....
That was the Undertaker's theme for a while.Another reason I like that song! As Taker is my favorite wrestler.

Pretty much my favorite song in the Rock genre, also I love the fact that part of the video was flimed on the top of the WTC, man I miss late 90s-Early 2000s NYC

I wonder.. is this the first time in NYC subway history that one of the fleets will get its propulsion changed? Other than the Siemens R143 of course. I'm thinking along the lines of the SMEE cars..

Hey all you Guys n Gals in Ulmer Park, possibly Gleason, Castleton is getting new NOVAS within the next feew weeks. 8000-8029. I was told by the AGM that the Orion 7 NG were going to Brooklyn to replace the RTS fleet. Be on the look out! I will post any new info as I hear. P.S yes we have 1868, 1869, 1877, 1882 1934, 1939. Better than the crap we were left with after the moves to Charleston.
IF this is true, the hybrids will probably go to either FLA or GA, I'm leaning to the former, 96 Novas there longer routes etc, IIRC GA doesn't even have any 96s at the moment. Then again GA is a showcase depot and doesn't have ANY 99 Novas there. I do not by means want to see more hybrids come to FLA as I'm one of the biggest RTS foamers on here lol, but if it does it is what it is.
1923 is at Yukon from Ulmer Park.
Awesome! Usally other depots dump all kinds of old buses on UP lol, now its the opposite, I love it!
