Every day on the ( going to school, somewhere in between 161 and 155, the pressure in my ears drops. Has this happened to anyone else?
Yes, it happens to me all the time when riding a train though an underwater tube, I wonder what causes that?

The Cannonball Double Decker is the Kawasaki C3s on the LIRR, which runs with the locomotive that is the logo of the railroad forum here on NYCTF lol. They run on all diesel LIRR services but the Cannonball is a super express train to the hamptons that only runs on Fridays from ethier LIC or NYP to the Hamptons during the summer.Not all people, mainly people who are not even railroad buff are drooling.. but pretending to be one(Very Limited peeps).. The fact is a lot of them don't know nothing but just M1 thru M8 or just the whole M series.. People aren't even drooling over the new F40 repaint on the MNR WOH... But are to the M8.. Even tho u dont have to drool for everything.. Well thats becuz they are NOT railroad buffs just plain under the tube buffs..I asked one guy what was the last MNR Locomotive order and he told me "The Cannon ball double decker".. No! Its the BL20s. They dont know whats that...
Now for those who really wanna know railroads and move on from subways(But maintain) then i congratz them, otherwise idk.
As for foaming over the M8s.. Im not into rush to get a ride, even tho i plan for next week due to a ticket thats about to expire. I still 20 yrs plus to enjoy them! My focus is the M2s and M4s and equipments around that ill end up being kicked off in the future such as the AEM-7 and Shoreliner I/II. My last catch for being kicked out where NJT Comet IB (Arrow I) which were sent to Cal via Lake Shore LTD in Jan.

Ive heard New Arrows might be ordered later this decade for lines > MSU , Gladstone and NJCL.... Hopefully NJT orders a sleek looking fleet....
I agree! I hope the Arrow IV's are single level MUs, and have A RFW like the SL-Vs do lol, I know the first set of seats in the first car is roped off on the SL-Vs, from what I read the second and third seats still offer a nice view. Not really a fan of the Arrow IIIs, they look nice, they was built by Budd and have a great sounding horn its just the seats on those things, I honestly think that if they had more pleasant seating for tall people like myself, I would be a fan of them!
But last I heard the replacement for the Arrow IIIs are gonna be multilevel, its unknown whether they will be Push Pulls or MU's though, I'm hoping for the latter, as more Push Pull multilevels would be boring.

Eventually, Yes. A few months from now fans are gonna be complaining about the entire NH line being nothing but M8s on weekends and the lack M2/4/6s running on weekends lol, slimar to how fans complain about lack of M3s in service on weekends over at the LIRR.

And 8918 has FLA stickers but still with the MTA Bus decals when I saw it a few days ago, reminds me of when FLA had those 90 TMC.. towards the end when only like three of em.

It was on the 4:17 out of 125th street today making stops at:
GCT
Harlem 125th
Greenwhich
Stamford
and all other stops to New Haven
Anybody know if this train will be on the 4:17 on Friday?

The engineer on my train this morning said that an M8 train will enter service tommorrow on the 8:32 out of New Haven.
Wow, the M8 could be barreling down the NH in passenger service as we speak! I doubt it though, as I'm pretty sure the first run of this new train would get a lot of media attention, and not low key like this.

We had 9087 last month but it left , well we had it then it went to flatbush then came back to us and now its @ flatbush again . What route did you see it on ? Because i could of sworn i saw it last week on the B1 . We have 9084 , 9085 , 9086 , 9088 & thats it . & i know we had it lastmonth because i go to ulmer park every single day including saturdays & sundays . and i saw it in the front .
I seen the three buses I mentioned dead in ECH in the Bronx, 8801 was in the lot next to I-95 so its wrap for that one, 9075 and 9087 are in the other lot but there clearly missing parts and most likely are retired for good. I know it went to FLA went the 3900s came and UP and FLA swaped the ZFs for the 9000s. Then it came back to Ulmer Park and died there.

There's two 96 Novas from FLA @ ECH, 9075 and IIRC, 8801. 9087 from UP is there as well. they looked to be partially cannibalized so I doubt there coming back.

8918 is at Flatbush. I spotted on the B44 this morning. It's still marked as Bus.0

Damn @ some of the issues that UP 96 Novas been having! Am I the only one getting the impression that these buses are not nearly as tough as the old GMC RTSs were? With that fire on 9099 and the stuff posted above its :eek::eek::eek:

This makes NO sense!!! Ulmer is about to get what ever the amount of buses its needs and yet they still get 1996s. smh.
They got some 98s and 99s... 9488-9489, 9492 5024-5025 etc.

I have 1 free period a day! :eek: sheesh lol.
The final term I was in high school I had three free periods! 2 and 5-6. Sleep, do homework, go in the computer room, etc. I was great! I still don't miss HS though, good riddance!!!!!!!!

Subchat is a hot mess but one thing that never gets old is calling people out by changing the thread title! No, I do not by any means agree with the Kew Gardens dude making fun of that poster's disability, I'm mainly referring to the posts down below that one.
Otherwise I pretty much agree with everything that has been said about the chat these past few posts.
