  1. 3972, 3977, 4103 back at Fresh Pond

5304 to Casey Stengel from Quill

9552 to Eastchester from QV (Don't know if it's scrap or just for work)

9534 to Grand Av from QV

    Also, TTMG roster was updated.

5304 is not at Stengel for service. It is there to test a different climate control setup, along with 5895.

  2. Ok.. What will West Farms Depot get they lost 3 Nova Bus LFS 5965 , 5966 , 5967 to Michael J. Quill Depot.. They got 5267 from Michael J. Quill Depot . So where is 5268 ,5269 to West Farms Depot.. So When will 5268 - 5269 come to West Farms Depot... If 5822 went to Gun Hill Depot.. So will it make sense 5820 - 5821 come to Gun Hill Depot from Casey Stengal Depot . As Gun Hill Depot & Kingsbridge Depot are sharing 5770 - 5819 , 5822 , if 5820 - 5821 come to Gun Hill Depot.. So what articulated bus will West Farms Depot get from Michael J.Quill Depot ..

My dude, this thread is not for speculation. This thread is more for reporting moves from depot to depot.

  3. Its JFK/FR getting the artics and 52/53. CP was only suppose to be temporary for the 53 anyways and FR is closest to it.

Also it's JFK getting the Novas now? Use to be Prevost in NJ.

The Q53 CANNOT go to FR because its a union thing. Routes, among other things from JFK/FR/SC cannot be transferred to any of the other MTA Bus depots.

Also, as per a VERY well trusted contact, when the 53 goes to LGA, they will get their own specially dedicated batch of artics for the 53. The XD60s going to JFK and BP now are ONLY for JFK and BP now. JFK is getting theirs primarily for the Q10, and a few here and there for those operators that get one on the Q7. BP is only getting them for the 111 and 113/114.

Now For the love of all things mighty in this world

Can we get back to the original purpose of this topic.

Not sure if anyone got it by 9169 is at JAM.

  4. A visit to Eastchester today yielded the following 40'ers that are to be scrapped.  There could be more around as I didn't get to the entire depot or inside the buildings:

    Ex Bees: 101, 184.

    Orion V's: 6029, 6031, 6036, 6083, 6095, 6117, 6119, 6145, 6146, 6161, 6168, 6175, 6189, 6244, 6283, 6320, 6327, 6336, 6342.

    RTS: 9292, 9408, 9419, 9426, 9496, 9582, 9586, 9606, 9608, 9613, 9618, 9669.

One hybrid was destroyed by fire in the rear and had the entire front end removed, presumably to be used on another bus.  No number visible but the assumed # is 6853.

3 New Flyer CNG's: 824, 855, 859.  The 3 Vikings were either moved or are off the property.  There are a good number of Galaxy artics pending scrap, many with parts missing.

Finally hybrid 4618 amongst the wrecks. The one recently involved in the recent B46 collision.  Yellow flags in my mind set off.  Either it is being held there due to court litigation and the thought arises if this bus has frame damage from the wreck, it's over.  It will be some time to determine if the bus is repairable or not.  Time will tell.

Lot is relatively clean because of the pending influx of RTS & Orion V's arriving later in the year.

To add, 4619 is the hybrid that was in the accident, not 4618.

  5. I don't know if it was a loan or a move, but 4660 was on the Q32 today.

Its a loan. CS has been sending their Orions to Jamaica for work and in turn while they are being worked on, JAM NGs are loaned to CS.

Too add to the comment above mine, the vikings have been sold off and are now in puerto rico.
