Love the red rattlers. These days there are 4 area controllers and 4 signalmen in a place called Metrol. The 4 area controllers(Caulfield, Burnley, Clifton Hill and Northern) deal with the trains in thier area while the signalmen just deal with the inner city area.

This has to be the strangest pitch invasion I've ever seen. There's been 3 this round alone. Last night some bloke ran onto the G. They were doing an on ground interview and in the background you could see the security guards flood in all directions then said invader appeared. There was another in the match above with an Essendon supporter running out. Must of said a few words to them because they were down by 60 odd points. I've been watching the EJ Whitten Aussie Rules Legends game. Brendan Fevolva's career was cut way too short. You don't kick 9 goals from various parts and distances from the foward 50 if your rubbish. It's nice to watch a game of football that isn't it serious for a change.

I'm a bit stunned at the moment. The Greater Western Sydney Giants have actually won a game of football. Knocking off the Gold Coast by 27. No one picked them to win a game all year.

Fun commute home. Nearly missed the first bus because it ran 10 minutes late and I opted to walk. Got to the bus stop up the road just in time. Arrive at the station and find trains were 20 minutes late due to a tresspasser up the line. So I opted for the bus. Good idea if it wern't for the traffic.

Bit dark out there at the moment. A couple of thunderstorms are passing over. one had hail at least an inch big.

Got the news helecopters hovering around the place. No doubt filming half area being under water. Well seems everything but the houses. 5mins is usually what it takes to get to the shopping centre. It's taking up to 45mins. A playground near me is under by some way.

I was heading home this afternoon and a couple of drunks decided to board the train at Clayton and held the doors open. The driver came over the PA: "Ladies and Gentlemen this is the driver speaking. There are a couple of drunk i***ts in the rear car holding the doors open. Other passengers would like to get going before the next Century comes around. Could any passengers in the rear car please assist in getting them off the train so we coul get moving" We sit there for a few minutes by that stage the rear three cars were all looking at the rear. A few were about to make their way down there to belt the living daylights out of them. Many were giving them the death stare. I could hear the Emergency intercom from that car and I heard from the driver "just push 'em off" I don't know what happened to get them off but they got off the train and we got moving.
