I like the fact that we got an Associate Moderator. I hope it is a new start. But I really think that we did not center into the problem completely. I don't think just adding a new Moderator cuts as "Solving the Problem". First you need to find the problem, figure out all the causes, and then work from there. Putting another person at a high position is not always the quick way to solve a problem. Not that I hate the new Moderation addition but we did not get to the point.
