Based on these observations and R160s 8653-8657 coupled with 8663-8667 and 9103-9107 coupled with 9163-9167 being used as afternoon
put ins last week from CIY, this Jamaica and Coney Island swap can be done through and layups along with the usual evening yard transfers which makes the transferring quicker than previous swaps.
