Shortline Bus Posted December 20, 2009 Share #1 Posted December 20, 2009 Any comments/stories about this histroic weekend with the 2009 Pre-Christmas Hoilday Bliizard? it would be cool to see any and all photos transit related or not here on this memorable mega snowstorm. the best part is this year NYC area and most of the east coast will have snow on the ground on Christmas for 1st time in years. nel070 Posted December 28, 2009 Share #7 Posted December 28, 2009 my memory of the blizzard of 09 is being in the espn zone at times square watching the cowboys beat the saints and getting drunk becuase guess what no nfl network on my cable system and leaving about 12am and walking to the train station at 42 st and 6av with no problem in the snow and then getting off the train at van wyck briarwood and 10 inches of snow took me 20 minutes to walk home on a walk that usually takes 5 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
