Trainspotter 0 Posted February 13, 2008 Share #1 Posted February 13, 2008 LIRR train hits car on Ronkonkoma branch Commuters are facing delays of more than two hours on the Ronkonkoma Branch Tuesday after a train hit a car on the tracks at the East Little Neck Road crossing. Delays throughout the system because of the collision are up to 40 minutes, according to a news release from the Long Island Rail Road. No other information was immediately available.
