CenSin Posted October 9, 2010 Share #2 Posted October 9, 2010 The plan adopted yesterday, however, envisions a connection between the tunnel and the nearby Queens Boulevard subway lines just east of the Queens Plaza station. It also foresees the conversion of two of the four one-way tracks along that route into two-way tracks through the use of ''reverse signals.'' 3 tracks for one direction and 1 for the opposite?
