Not often we see GO's on the SIR, but here goes:

Staten Island Railway - No trains between Pleasant Plains and Tottenville

Free shuttle buses provide alternate service

Weekend, 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM Sunday, Mar 27

Staten Island Railway operates normal Sunday service between St George and Pleasant Plains.

Free shuttle buses run between Pleasant Plains and Tottenville making the following stops:

• Pleasant Plains Station on Amboy Road

• Richmond Valley Station on Richmond Valley Road

• Nassau Station on Arthur Kill Road

• Atlantic Station on Arthur Kill Road

• Tottenville Station at Utah and Main Streets

The shuttle buses will connect with trains arriving and departing the Pleasant Plains Station operating every 30 minutes.

Customers using the Tottenville, Atlantic, Nassau and Richmond Valley stations should allow extra travel time and plan

to arrive at the shuttle bus stop 15 minutes earlier than the scheduled departure time of the train.

Also this weekend, no Lex Av express service. (4)(5) run local, (5) every 20 min and south of 149th only.
