No. 5 Service Suspended Beginning at 10 a.m Today Between 149th Street-Grand Concourse and East 180t

Due to a broken rail south of 149th Street-Grand Concourse, No. 5 service will be suspended between 149th Street-Grand Concourse and East 180th Street starting at 10 am and expected to end in time for the afternoon rush hour. In addition, there will be no southbound trains at 138th Street-Grand Concourse.

 

We regret this inconvenience to our customers and are working to return to normal service as soon as possible.

Guess the issue must be along the horseshoe curve between 138th and 149th.
