In my package i recieved my benefits package. Or should i say an overview of my benefits for TWU local 100. However I'm thinking about heading to queens if I qualify to become a bus operator. I've read on these forums that queens and Staten Island are represented by ATU. What is the difference in the unions and their representations? Also I understand that working in queens that you are stuck there for your tenure as a bus Operator. Are there any Bus Operators on this site that works in queens and hate it. If so/not so. WHY?

FlushingFlash works out of Casey Stengel depot in Flushing.

He doesn't post on here as often as he used to. Why don't

you want to work out of your home borough, Brooklyn?

ATU1056 has been without a contract for awhile now.

Thats ok about the contract TA is just stalling they know just have no shot.

Come to Queens esp CS our lines are the best and you dont have to worry about a system pick of being bumped around the system. We are The Country Club of Queens!

I thought College Pt was the Country Club of queens

I'll say Queens is tough to work but itleast it's not the city

Tough to work in terms of the local routes being heavy right?

But don't all QM's go into the city? CP has the most express lines

out of any MTA BUS depot I believe.
