Orion VII 4 Life Posted April 14, 2012 Share #1 Posted April 14, 2012 OK, I go to South Florida frequently, and I usually take JetBlue to FLL airport, and from their terminal you have to take a shuttle bus to the rental car facility. I've ridden those shuttles countless times, and always wondered who made the buses, but they are quite unique and a bit hard to identify. Maybe one of you recognizes them? Look at the pictures here, make sure you only look at the ones of the Fort Lauderdale Hollywood International Airport-marked buses (this is the website for the company that operates the shuttles): http://www.lsfshuttle.com/media.html All the buses look alike, except some of them are biodiesel hybrids. I'm thinking they are NABI because of the side, but the front and back don't really look like NABI to me. Plus, does NABI even make biodiesel hybrid buses? So, does anyone recognize the buses in those pictures?
Amtrak7 Posted April 14, 2012 Share #2 Posted April 14, 2012 The door is on the wrong side...like MBTA trolleybuses. My gut instinct says Gillig but I'm not that good with buses.

compobus fan Posted April 24, 2012 Share #5 Posted April 24, 2012 Well, after doing some more research it turns out they are Eldorado National Axess. Never would have guessed. The same model used in Phoenix for Rental Shuttle as well as inter-terminal, and Light Rail shuttle.
