Jrt123 0 #1 Posted February 20, 2013 Has anyone that took the metro north conductor test on either jan 8 or jan 10, been called for an interview ? The emails were sent out about 3 weeks ago saying they would start conducting the background check. I know it takes time to conduct the checks, but was just curious. LIRR 154 169 #3 Posted February 25, 2013 (edited) All I can tell you is try to keep up with your recruiter and ask questions. Before i started working with the LIRR I actually got hired by Metro North. Did the background check ,physical and passed everything . All was needed was a start date. Long story short I got lost in the shuffle my recruiter left the company and never heard from them again. Everything worked out better because I ended up with the other RR ,but the point is stay on top of it. And be patient.
