Service Alert

Posted on:8/25/2008 10:59:23 AM

Following an earlier incident, (F) and (G) train service has resumed with residual delays.

In addition, due to signal problems on the express track at the Woodhaven Boulevard Station, Jamaica Center-bound (E) trains and Jamaica-bound (F)trains are running on the local track between the 36th Street Station and the Jackson Heights-Roosevelt Avenue Station.

Please expect delays in (E), (F), (R) and (V) train service at this time

Was there today. It was a slow go from 65th Street to Woodhaven Blvd on the express track. I was fortunate, Roosevelt Tower sent my leader local and I remained on the express. I got past the problem and when I got to 179 Street terminal I was told the problem had gotten worse. (F)
