1400 buses a year over 5 years works out to 280 buses a year. Coupled to the fact that NJT will spec their buses their way (and probably want more changes over the timeline of delivery) I will be shocked if Prevost will want to do business with NJT. Added to the fact that there is no X3-40 I think as long as MCI doesn't mess up the CNG order they will again supply cruisers to the State of New Jersey.

 

I would not count out Prevost. I would see them putting in a bid. If they get it that is another question.
