azspeedbullet Posted September 6, 2014 Share #1 Posted September 6, 2014 For a week I noticed at Euclid Ave, the manhattan bound C train is on the A express track and the A train now pulls in on the C track. Signage still say that the C suppose be on the local C track and the A on the express track. When i was on the A train, after leaving Euclid Ave, it changed tracks to the express track. What is going on, how come the trains is switching location on the tracks? Is it better for the A train to pull into Euclid ave on the local track instead of the express track? RollOver Posted September 6, 2014 Share #2 Posted September 6, 2014 There's track work ongoing on the N/B center express track east of Euclid station.
MTA Dude Posted September 10, 2014 Share #3 Posted September 10, 2014 There's track work ongoing on the N/B center express track east of Euclid station. Makes sense.
mediccjh Posted September 14, 2014 Share #4 Posted September 14, 2014 The diamond-crossover switches north of Euclid on the N/B side allow any train to come in on any track at any time for any reason.
