chris9699 Posted March 22, 2018 Share #1 Posted March 22, 2018 I was called for pre-employment medical physical 3/8/18, at 180 Livingston Street, after a drug test a week before. I was asked by the doctor, do i consume alcohol and how much? My answer was, yes and that I had a couple beers per month. I was referred to to a substance abuse specialist and she told be to go to an OASAS Program, I must pay the cost of program ($200) and have a urine screen done by a laboratory for $400 (I must also pay).
