Recently promoted but still getting paid my old positions rate

I was promoted to a Chassis Maintainer(4/28/2024) and the last 2 checks was paid the rate of my old position of cleaner/helper. I'm in Mabstoa, I know eventually this will resolve itself but when asking others they said it could be months till it does. Is there anyone I can contact that can maybe speed up the process because I need the CM pay as soon as possible. The BSC still has me listed as a cleaner helper as well , I am in Zerega right now  training for Chassis Maintainer and everyone else in my class is not having this problem even though they are promotional as well 

Anyone here that had a similar issue and figured out what to do? I would really appreciate the help

Speak to whoever is in charge of you at Zerega, the person responsible for payroll in your department and contact the BSC ASAP.
