kaback9 Posted April 6, 2009 Share #1 Posted April 6, 2009 Thought I would take advantage of the gorgeous day we had today by heading over to my favorite spot. Here are the Transit photos, I'll place the Amtrak stuff in that forum. We start things off right with an ACES set. http://kaback9.rrpicturearchives.net/showPicture.aspx?id=1554072 http://kaback9.rrpicturearchives.net/showPicture.aspx?id=1554075 http://kaback9.rrpicturearchives.net/showPicture.aspx?id=1554079 http://kaback9.rrpicturearchives.net/showPicture.aspx?id=1554084 http://kaback9.rrpicturearchives.net/showPicture.aspx?id=1554088 http://kaback9.rrpicturearchives.net/showPicture.aspx?id=1554089 Atlantic City Line Equip Move: http://kaback9.rrpicturearchives.net/showPicture.aspx?id=1554096 http://kaback9.rrpicturearchives.net/showPicture.aspx?id=1554097 http://kaback9.rrpicturearchives.net/showPicture.aspx?id=1554103 http://kaback9.rrpicturearchives.net/showPicture.aspx?id=1554109 http://kaback9.rrpicturearchives.net/showPicture.aspx?id=1554132 http://kaback9.rrpicturearchives.net/showPicture.aspx?id=1554148 http://kaback9.rrpicturearchives.net/showPicture.aspx?id=1554153 ACES Move: http://kaback9.rrpicturearchives.net/showPicture.aspx?id=1554160 http://kaback9.rrpicturearchives.net/showPicture.aspx?id=1554161 http://kaback9.rrpicturearchives.net/showPicture.aspx?id=1554163 http://kaback9.rrpicturearchives.net/showPicture.aspx?id=1554165 http://kaback9.rrpicturearchives.net/showPicture.aspx?id=1554168 http://kaback9.rrpicturearchives.net/showPicture.aspx?id=1554169 http://kaback9.rrpicturearchives.net/showPicture.aspx?id=1554173 http://kaback9.rrpicturearchives.net/showPicture.aspx?id=1554174 http://kaback9.rrpicturearchives.net/showPicture.aspx?id=1554186 http://kaback9.rrpicturearchives.net/showPicture.aspx?id=1554189 http://kaback9.rrpicturearchives.net/showPicture.aspx?id=1554199 Another Atlantic City Line Equip move: http://kaback9.rrpicturearchives.net/showPicture.aspx?id=1554204 http://kaback9.rrpicturearchives.net/showPicture.aspx?id=1554207 http://kaback9.rrpicturearchives.net/showPicture.aspx?id=1554208 http://kaback9.rrpicturearchives.net/showPicture.aspx?id=1554211 http://kaback9.rrpicturearchives.net/showPicture.aspx?id=1554212 ACES(My favorite shots!) http://kaback9.rrpicturearchives.net/showPicture.aspx?id=1554216 http://kaback9.rrpicturearchives.net/showPicture.aspx?id=1554218 Jersey Ave Station: http://kaback9.rrpicturearchives.net/showPicture.aspx?id=1554221 http://kaback9.rrpicturearchives.net/showPicture.aspx?id=1554232 CSAO Browns Yard Bonus: http://kaback9.rrpicturearchives.net/showPicture.aspx?id=1554240 http://kaback9.rrpicturearchives.net/showPicture.aspx?id=1554242 http://kaback9.rrpicturearchives.net/showPicture.aspx?id=1554249 Enjoy! metsfan Posted April 6, 2009 Share #2 Posted April 6, 2009 Nice! Wow, an unrebuilt conrail GP40! I always wondered what they looked like without the cowl in conrail colors! - A
kaback9 Posted April 7, 2009 Author Share #3 Posted April 7, 2009 I'm on the hunt for Conrail stuff! Hahaha. They are getting rarer by the day, anytime you see them you have to take a shot because before you know it were only going to have NS Black(ok scheme) and CSX YN 2(ok) or YN 3(best IMO of the three next to CR/CRQ blue). I just saw a very strange double ended move on monday. One side was something i didn't fully catch because i wasn't expecting, and the trailing engine was sporting a very large CQ emblem near the end of the long hood. Have you seen this one? It looks like 4428 there, but i did NOT notice the CSX numbering on the cab. - A

Amtrak7 Posted April 9, 2009 Share #6 Posted April 9, 2009 Nice! Jersey Avenue is an interesting station. Does anybody have a video of a Northbound leaving the station and merging with the NEC?

I would have one, but since i'm usually going past the station on a train, not really possible. If they ever try this please tell me as i'll stay home that day. :cool:B) - A
