N-Trizzy2609 Posted May 27, 2009 Share #2 Posted May 27, 2009 They were all over yesterday! They do operate but are not allowed to stop at any New York stop except Grand Central and Harlem. Once in a while a few slip and end up on a local but the bar is not tended. All New York owned bar cars were converted back to regular coaches and the Connecticut owned car only stops in Connecticut.
