Nice videos and photo!

 

The location is Times Sq-42nd St on your photo.

Yep thats the bellmouth at the end of the northbound platform looking west.

 

The start of the new tunnels beginning around where the MTA cut through the IND 42nd Street lower level station under the above in-service 4 track station on the (A)(C)(E) .
